15.1 การแปลผลตรวจ Dengue Ag/Ab rapid test (กรณีเจาะเลือดผู้ป่วยหลังมีไข้ 1-10 วัน)

NS1 Ag IgM /IgG การแปลผล

- -/- ไม่ติดเชื้อ หรืออยู่ในช่วง seroconversion ควรส่ง convalescent serum
เพื่อตรวจ Dengue IgM, IgG by ELISA ในกรณีสงสัยติดเชื้อ Dengue
